In The Manly sheds Seibold also TOLD his players what was expected of them to secure their lead
What ever Seibold TOLD his players was ineffective

For the Excuse that The players do the opposite of what the coach says
There is an answer for this
The coach has lost authority or He is too soft

I believe he is too soft and I also believe that Seibold is not the coach to break our decade of Grand final Winning drought

Disappointing display with some very poor decisions made on the field and off it. I said after the Parramatta loss we are not a top 8 side and last night reinforced my view. DCE started to play his add lib low percentage stuff when we got to 16 nil and that cost us again.. I'll be glad if we can avoid the spoon. Seibold can't possibly be meeting his KPI's this season.
