Don’t really want to get into whether he should be sacked or not. I don’t rate him, nor does anyone from up North who knows the guys coaching history but that’s just an opinion. Others may differ but what I want to know is

WHY THE **** DID WE EXTEND HIM?

Noone was chasing him , his results were average and his reputation in the game is hardly glowing.

Just let him see out his contract and go from there. Now we are stuck with him or a big payout for no reason if this season is a failure.

I don't know either mate. His coaching record is bog average as you have rightly pointed out. Even in Qld Cup he was an average coach.

Imagine how valuable to us Samuela Fainu would be now.

How would Sam Fainu be valuable at all to us right now? His 8 missed tackles & 74 run metres certainly wouldn’t have done us any good. Got potential but has not been good this year at all. In a few years time it might be a different story but at this stage he doesn’t change anything

Fainu - 87.8% tackle efficiency 81 metres per game.
Ben - 94% tackle efficiency 95 metres per game.
