Who’s the guy that signed injury prone Turbo & a workman lock Jurbo that he knew would be going into his 30’s to 6 year extensions? Oh yeah that was Des. For a combine $2.2million per season let me add. What a terrible situation for a new coach to have, until those deals end no coach ever has a chance to make it their ‘own’ team.

You think Siebold wants to be signing these old guys to minimum wage deals West? I’m sure he would have preferred to go for AFB over TKO but that just hasn’t been possible

So we've had a shocker against the Storm.

Stick solid v the Sharks, with another poor performance.

Stuck solid again for tonight, another loss, after a diabolical first half.

At what point does Seibs change things up...very concerning to me that there is no obvious response from the coaching staff to try something different.

I don't think sacking him, like many people are saying, is the move, unless we can actually guarantee Brad Arthur is a) actually ready to coach NRL again, b) has fixed his defence (Eels were the worst defensive side in the comp before he was sacked), c) is guaranteed to come here, and d) is a good chance of getting better results with this roster.

It becomes quite obvious that Brad Arthur isn't fixing this bloody cursed roster. Also, that Arthur isn't exactly a proven coach. He's won a spoon himself, and did absolutely nothing for 10 years.

Please for the life of me make a change, though. That first half was dreadful.

Hopefully Croker and Tom are back.

I would say if Turbo doesn’t fix it then change is coming.

In the case of Haumole I'm totally comfortable dishing out a long contract at an ok price. He's now the cornerstone of the club and that adds to stability, which is very important

Good coaches add stability

Tooves was a competent coach that took his players to a grand final and finals
