Mick Ennis was asked at halftime what was wrong with Manly's defence and he couldn't string a sentence together. You could tell he didn't really know or understand the problem but also had to conceive of an answer and he couldn't come up with one. He's not a head coach.

We all have our strengths and weaknesses and I am sure Seibold would be a success in other positions

I agree, he’s not a head coach. To be fair, he is only employed as a hooker/halves coach i think. Dymock is the defensive mastermind. I’d love to hear him be interviewed just once.

Yeah but if you read the thread, people were suggesting Ennis could be the next head coach, hence my post.
