Sack Ciraldo

In all seriousness I'll be interested to see how the last third of their season plays out. They had a pretty good draw up to this point. I have a feeling that they will come to regret signing Galvin, or at least signing him mid season.

In 25 Galvin has upset the well oiled machine.

You'd think the dogs with $$$ won't be disadvantaged long term.

Sexton is a big part of what the dogs do well. Especially in defence.

Galvin may be “the next big thing” but he was f*cking terrible last night and looked like he was getting in the way of their attack…

Sexton and Burton must be out of their heads with frustration I reckon… at least Sexton is leaving…

I can hear the chant now …” bring back Des”!!

OK .. maybe not!

Mate, interested in your take, you probably watch the games with a keener eye than mine ... but I keep getting the gut feeling that Mahoney looks to see what side Galvin is going to ... then goes the other way ...
My take is i thought they came out guns blazing first half and looked pretty solid and im surprised they didn't put more points on the Donkeys, but the exact same thing happened to the Raiders few rounds ago yet they are still considered contenders. They just got lazy and deserved to lose it.I think its a bit hard to write off the season to that second half, will need to see what pans out i know Mahoney has just signed with the Cowboys. I still think the future and direction looks bright, in saying that the last 7 years have been long winters so will happily take any progress that is made. The big test now is after Origin where they go,i still think they have enough in the tank to not be pushovers

It’s a long season TJ. Dogs have been consistent so far but seem to have hit a hurdle. Next game will be a bit of pressure. They lose that and things might get noisy. Hard not to think galvin has caused a stir in the ranks. Not sure he will see any more time in the halves tbh. Personally think he is overated.

The dogs shot themselves in the foot destabilising a team that was tight and firing. IMO it will cost them the premiership. They Just couldn’t resist the wafer.

The Dogs were flogged by the Dolphins and Broncos prior to Galvin’s arrival,so I wouldn’t be pointing the finger at him for their current slump
