Not only does his midtown watering hole, The Australian, have Coopers on tap, it's also become a favourite for holidaying NRL coaches and players.

This morning's Kiwi v Scotland went as expected.

Highlight was SBW crying like a girl in the 1st minute, after he crusher tackled himself. He came off after 30 minutes and was filthy at the Refs for not awarding a penalty He in fact caused his neck snap by trying to force his head back out of a legitimate tackle, and lost the ball in the process.

The amount of times Skivi and Choc get burners and don't resort to tears, not to mention when Wolfie broke his neck and had Slater molest him, all without shedding a drop - the S in SBW must stand for sook

Foz's kicking was as crisp as ever, and the Scottish counterpart Danny Brough was equally impressive.
Apparently he was the “Man of Steel” this year. An NRL Club should pick him up as his control of their game was almost as good as Foz's :idea:

DCE played almost all of the second half in the USA match this morning.

He is so like Beaver, started on the left centre and then played hooker when Smith went off. Scored a try from an offside position (disallowed), but he has crossed over the try line in each of his Roos games

JT just holds his passes too long for some reason, he blew two tries by not offloading quicker today :-/

But Jarryd Hayne is a Snake clone IMO.
Wonderful sidestep and just knowing where to be and accelerating from a dead start to boot. Will be good to see how he links up with Hops, Parra may surprise a lot of knockers this year.

DCE only played the 20 minutes, but he is a true Team Player and constantly offloaded, instead of hogging the ball like Cronk did

His dummy half runs are also starting to be threatening - hope he passes on his tricks to Matty

This kangaroo team has a couple of players in Tate and thaiday who would not be ranked in the top 10 in their position on last tear's form. But I'm glad our guys are all resting up over summer!

I can't recall ever seeing a better test match. Burgess had a huge game. Have to feel a bit for the underdogs losing with a try 20 seconds from time. Amazing move by Whare. The final should be a worthwhile contest.
