A mate went to this last night and is raving about it. He is a Cam Smith hater, arent we all, and there is ample opportunity to boo the great man during the show.

Its very very funny.

Spud Carroll was there last night.

Here is the info, I love the Bridge Hotel its a great venue, I have been there a few times this year, even though it is 500km from my house, always a freindly crowd.

Rugby League – The Musical®, celebrates Rugby League’s larger than life characters, melodrama, villains, farce, betrayals, controversies and pantomime through a dynamic live interactive musical video cabaret burlesque with a bombastic blend of original songs, classic rock/pop parodies and impersonations by singer/satirist Denis Carnahan.

Denis came to prominence through his viral State Of Origin song “That’s In Queensland”. He’s written dozens of other songs for ABC Grandstand, Fire-Up! On FBi, TripleM’s Grill Team, Fox Sports, The Matty Johns Show, and The Footy Show.

I've been a follower of his for years. Super talented. He's recorded some serious stuff too, which is brilliant. I asked him once why he doesn't go down that path more, and he said there was just to much piss taking to do in the NRL and sports in general.
