ARE Hull KR in the running to sign a Burgess brother?

One player tipped to make an early return to Super League from the NRL is Luke Burgess – the oldest of the Burgess clan.

The experienced front-rower is finding game-time at Manly limited, with just one appearance so far in 2016.

After leaving Leeds Rhinos for South Sydney Rabbitohs to join his three younger brothers Sam and twins George and Thomas, Luke transferred to Manly last year to play 18 games, but this year has been different.

LoveRugbyLeague say Rovers, Salford Red Devils and Huddersfield Giants could be interested in the 29-year-old, who is out of contract at the Sea Eagles. There's even talk it could happen sooner, rather than for the 2017 campaign.
