Rugby league after state of origin

Does everyone else sort of feel like the entire season wanes after state of origin?

I lose interest.
Maybe it is because the Sea Eagles haven't been in the finals (properly at least)for such a long time though

its the best part of the season in some respects, ie the broncos heading down the ladder and us racing towards a top 4 finish and some decent semi action

SOO is more hype than substance if you ask me. Only the QLDers care!!!

I thought this season picked up dramatically after origin 3.

I still love SOO and it is a big part of the season for me. Then it is a let-down until the 8 starts to become clearer. For those like the Cowboys, Chooks and Tiges who see their season slipping away it must be hell. This year we are very fortunate to be able to get very excited. The Newcastle win was a season changer.

I am with MB. It goes down hill until the race for the top 8 begins in earnest.

Also everyone that is another of the points I made. That now we have a team in line for a good finish it seems more interesting. I think it gets really flat for a while though
