05. Akuila Uate
06. Blake Green
07. Daly Cherry-Evans
08. Darcy Lussick
09. Jackson Hastings / Api Koroisou
10. Brenton Lawrence
11. Marty Taupau
12. Curtis Sironen
13. Jake Trbojevic

14. Lewis Brown / Jackson Hastings
15. Addin Fonua-Blake
16. Nate Myles

Spot on except Sironen. Winterstein runs harder and hits harder. Sironen has looked very disinterested.

I thought Sironen was absolutely outSTANDING tonight big fella? Winterstein needs to work on his intensity, aggression, and speed in everything he does imo.

Also, I thought Lane was absolutely beastly when he came on. Kid needs much more time on the park. How DOES a unit that big run that fast ffs?

Defensively strong as well.

The first time i saw Lane playing for the mutts I thought ' I wished we had him at Manly' ... I couldn't believe he didn't get more game time at the dogs ... I believe he will cement a permanent second row spot ...

Man, I hope so. Hasn't even played 10 games. Imagine him with some experience and match fitness. He's almost close to a starter for mine. Deceptively quick like Lawrence.

Tough one. Api will be suspended i think.

01. Tom Trbojevic
02. Jorge Taufua
03. Brian Kelly
04. Dylan Walker
05. Akuila Uate

10. Nate Myles
11. Marty Taupau
12. Curtis Sironen
13. Jake Trbojevic

14. Frank Winterstein/Cullen
15. Addin Fonua-Blake
16. Darcy Lussick
17. Shaun Lane/Cullen

On tonights performance.. i would keep Frank over Lane but over the first two rounds i wasnt impressed. I think Sironen will come good.. he got better as the game went on today.. looks down on confidence.. would persist. Against the dogs.. not sure we need Cullen.. so maybe the bigger forwards better way to go?

Good problem to have. Darcy just got back.. probably wont get many minutes.. so bench for him. Imagine him and AFB coming on against tired players.

Nah bro Winterstein had amazing intensity in defence tonight. Jumping on loose balls, coming in cover after the Cowboys made linebreaks and the try saver on Thurston. Could work on his play the balls and offense though.

Fair enough. I just don't want his position in the team to hold back someone like Lane who can break games apart (as we saw tonight).

1 trbojevic
2 taufua
3 walker
4 kelly
5 uate
6 green
7 dce
8 lawrence
9 koroisau
10 fonua blake
11 winterstein
12 taupau
13 trbojevic

14 cullen
15 myles
16 sironen
17 bainbridge / lane

18 hastings
19 lane / bainbridge

not sure why koroisau keeps getting the flick from everyone, his defence is unreal

EDIT: this is with lussick not back and api not suspended. if api is suspended id put cullen or hastings into hooker and the other in the 14

I want
1. Tommy
2. Uate
3. Walker
4. Kelly
5. Jorge
6. Green
7. Dce
8. Lawrence
9. Hastings (api is suspended)
10. Myles
11. Marty
12. Siro
13. Jake
14. Brown/cullen
15. Afb
16. lussick (if fit)/frank
17. Lane/billy

Yep that's fair man, more power to Lane to try and grab that spot and let's hope Winterstein makes him work for it. Can only be a good thing for us.

For mine it should be:

Tom Trbojevic
Jorge Taufua
Dylan Walker
Brian Kelly
Akuila Uate
Blake Green
Daly Cherry-Evans
Brenton Lawrence
Api Koroisau
Nate Myles
Martin Taupau
Curtis Sironen
Jake Trbojevic

Jackson Hastings
Shaun Lane
Addin Fonua-Blake
Darcy Lussick (Winterstein if Darcy is still out)

What I love is that a week after we all thought "here we go again", we suddenly have real depth in a lot of positions. With Parker to come back from injury and young Hoppa in the wings as well, we are looking pretty good. Especially next year and beyond.
