I wonder if it’s even just a mental perception about the Tigers. They’ve been that bad for that long that whether you’re involved at the club or not, everyone just expects failure, and so that’s what always ends up happening

My opinion of Dearden has come along way in two years. Hated what he was serving up that first half a dozen games when he first came up. Thought he was a bust.
