How was that a penalty for hands on the ball when that's all players ever do? Pulling that one out the back pocket when it suits them like the hand plant before playing the ball or not rolling it back with the foot

CS9 used to ref games, but now it's the whole storm side.

There's no high shot there, but they all put their hands up and red nut obliges... officiating in NRL is so ****ing weak
