The last week has been a rollercoaster.
Well now will decide if we rise again quickly or need to get help to rise again slowly.
Des started coaching Manly when we were at the bottom having finished 2nd last and in a bad shape after the Bear infestation. If I remember correct he was not over the moon to coach but did it because the club needed him.
Now after a handful of years we are at the top again. If he wishes to leave for whatever reason he will. He is gone we can’t change that.
But now we will see if the people running the club are any good or not.
If they are good IMO within a few weeks we will have an announcement about who will coach in 2013 and some contract extension from key players showing their commitment to the club.
The club needs to take control of what they can and start moving forward.
If we are still sitting here when players return to training with all this hanging over our head then I believe we need to make some changes with who is running our great club.
