He's not a bad young player, but not what we need. I'd put him in the Jake Trbojevic mould. Goes for 80mins, tackles well, good skills. But having said that not as good as Jake.

I agree with others who say we need some good outside backs or 5/8. That's more crucial. Or if we are looking at forwards, a real kick butt prop.

I live in Newcastle, general consensus about Rochow is that he's one of the Knights better players ( yeah I know that's faint praise ) and whilst they wouldn't want to see him go, they aren't desperate to keep him either on big $$$.

This story was around last year or in the pre-season ??- maybe just a re-hash of that.
