Looks like the dream team is over as soon as it began. He must have some serious work ethic issue for the Vikes to cut him as quick as they did.  He'll probably go the the Titans or Chargers if anyone decent decides to pick him up.

This does raise some questions about Childress' future at Minny though. With the team falling well short of all expectations so far & now burning a 3rd rounder for a 2 week WR...

Childress is in all sorts.  Mind you, just watched Game Day and Moss was carrying on like a pork chop, very divisive.

Yeah from all accounts Moss was rightfully cut, the guy seems like he brings some serious locker room cancer to the table. The problem is apparently stemming from a clause in Childress' SOPs that he must inform some higher up in the organization (presumably the GM or owner) before cutting big name players, in Moss' case he didn't & it seems to have rankled some feathers.

I'd say if the Vikes don't make the NFCCG this year then Chilly will be gone. From the sounds of things though he has lost the support of the players so it may not be a bad thing. A lot of good HCs are going to be available come the offseason.

The fans were calling for his head today until Favre pulled a comeback out of his backside.  But still, his days look numbered - Vikes have a tough draw all season and they could barely win one of their few gimmees today.

My gripe is that he has a future HoF running back at his disposal and rarely uses him.

Considering that AP will be an all-pro  this year while Farve is struggling, it does seem almost criminal that the Vikes aren't a run first team.

The D-line is a massive disappointment for me, watching today I thought they'd finally step it up & earn those ridiculous paychecks, but maybe not.

Cowboys - Packers game was comedy gold. Loved them crossing to the Dallas bench after almost every play. They look so sad, it's brilliant.

Also, Asante Samuel > Peyton Manning!
