Always happens against the Premiers.
Whoever that maybe in each given year. Teams always seem to go to another level against the defending premiers. As though they have something to prove.

We had more than enough opportunities in the first half to have killed Canberra---it was our own fault that it became a grind no-one else to blame but ourselves.

It's our job as a team to induce errors,reduce the kicking time of the opposition slow the play the ball to reduce our missed tackle rates and playing in an overall disciplined composed manner.

We struggled as a result of our own flaws more so than the opposition playing at a higher level----yes in some instances this is the case but most times it's a poor excuse.
