I could have high quality temporary corporate facility up and running at Brookvale Oval at 2 weeks notice and at relatively minimal cost. May take slightly longer if we put it up on a gantry so its out of everyones way. It could have a built in commercial kitchen, toilets and everything else expected in a corporate box

It should be permanently atop the hil Christol, but pretty much exactly what you showed with the V8SC pit configuration. A retractable awning could be extended over the hill and that solves the rain issue. It's so bloody simple, so bloody obvious, solves all the problems and would be cheaper than anything else mentioned.
If people don't want that setup, they are working against staying at Brookie.
