It would have to be the first time in a while that Souths have a rep player.

Myles ??? Good for NSW.

Stagg might feel a bit stiffed to miss out to Harrison or Crocker (on the back of 2 games).

Myles has actually been playing pretty well in a side being badly beaten this season. Always right up on the tackle and hit up counts, and his involvement is quality

The QLDers stick solid with a winning group whether they're in top form or not. I'd say it's almost the same side as last year.

This was QLDs side in game 3 last year:

1. Karmichael HUNT - (Brisbane Broncos)
2. Darius BOYD - (Brisbane Broncos)
3. Greg INGLIS - (Melbourne Storm)
4. Brent TATE - (NZ Warriors)
5. Israel FOLAU - (Melbourne Storm)
6. Johnathan THURSTON - (NQ Cowboys)
7. Scott PRINCE - (Gold Coast Titans)
8. Steven PRICE - (NZ Warriors)
9. Cameron SMITH - (Melbourne Storm)
10. Petero CIVONICEVA - (Penrith Panthers)
11. Michael CROCKER - (Melbourne Storm)
12. Sam THAIDAY - (Brisbane Broncos)
13. Dallas JOHNSON - (Melbourne Storm)
14. Billy SLATER - (Melbourne Storm)
15. Ben HANNANT - (Brisbane Broncos)
16. Nate MYLES - (Sydney Roosters)
17. Ashley HARRISON - (Gold Coast Titans)

I haven't been studiously following the Roosters this season, but he hasn't stood out in the couple of games I've seen. Frank Paul Nalphabet..... looks the only one having a crack.

You are right there. The only difference is Tate & Prince are missing. Wasn't Lockyer out injured or something last year's games? I wonder if Tate wasn't injured this time would he be there in place of Hodges.
I guess in the end with the team they picked, if it ain't broke, you can't fix it.

Was 1 game in particular v Warriors he stood out, 40+ tackles, a lot of them big, and plenty of hitups and metres to go with them

A couple of weeks ago probably summed him up, Newcastle got an intercept, he chased 75m to get involved in the tackle, and they were down 30 at that stage, for his troubles he got binned haha
