Probably needs a good off season in the gym also . Hopefully can still maintain his reasonable turn of speed but would think that he [ and the side ] would benefit from him having a bit more all round body strength .

Bullemore is about 10 cms taller, and about 15 kgs heavier than Watmough. With his (Bullemore) speed (and step), he could be anything. Lots of upside.
