    .......from T20 internationals because those 2-3 games Australia plays every 6 months is a massive workload.

    He will still front up for the IPL to collect his cash though. ::)

    If he is serious about managing his workload then he should give up all forms of pyjama cricket.

    I found it pretty funny too, surely T20's arnt much harder than normal training.

    good idea though.

    even if it saves him a few weeks travel and so on a year its handy.

    and its only T20, who really gives a **** about it in the long run.

    He would have been told to start easing off so they can bring Clarke through.  They would have released the story saying he decided it so it sounds better I reckon.

    I wouldn't knock the cash back. I also wouldn't make a cock of myself whinging about the amount of cricket being played before signing on to play even more, in India of all ****en places.

    I will be interested to see what he does when his contract is up with whatever subbie team he plays for after the next season.
