From the Steve Turner post there is a discussion on the relative merits of 'The Man' Mundine and Cathy Freeman,

Do you have a view?

I went Freeman as she doesn't "seem" to use her people to boost her profile. She always seemed to be herself when interviewed or attempted to do any media work. She's thick but genuine to herself and her people.

Mundine is the opposite imo. He is all show and played the race card to the extreme for personal gain. I'd be very interested to know what he's put back into his community other than piss and wind..............He is a good boxer though.
