That's a huge commitment to get up that early and commute back and forth for training. Hope he stays solid through it all and wish him all the very best..what I loved when reading his bio is the response to the following question ;

What does it mean to play for the Sea Eagles? My whole life
 
He's a very good player, as are the other two Manly Under 20s mentioned. When he was injured the team really suffered.
As for his goalkicking . . . currently he doesn't seem to hit the ball sweetly many times - like me when I play golf. This doesn't mean he shouldn't keep practising. Being a reliable goal kicker will add hundreds of thousands of dollars to his salary.
When Scam Smith started his goalkicking was average. Now he is, arguably, the most reliable kicker in the NRL.

If only club would focus on some more content like this...even following some of these guys through their first pre season
