If you see the site slow to a crawl, please do not continually refresh in the hope it will speed up. The problem is server side and it gets compounded when everything is refreshed by all.

Simply either move away to another site for 5 minutes then try again. If its still at a crawl give it another 5 minutes.

basically the server (not our site) is having some kind of issue. Our site is effected by this. What sucks more is that it looks like my work have blocked the sites IP as it looked like an attack when i was trying to load a page. grrr lucky for me www.mezzy.com exists!
