Pittsburgh Steelers in Superbowl

Maybe a 'who cares' for some but I note that the mighty Steelers won their third away game in a row in the playoffs to make the big one against higher seeded teams. Remind me very much of the Tigers who have come good at the right time of the season and have done superbly against higher seeded teams.

Looks like they will play the Seattle Seahawks in the Superbowl in two weeks time.

Chuckwood will be happy as the other dedicated Steeler fan on this site.

Good to see the Stelers reprise their Steel Curtain days. The Seahwaks don't have a very proud history so it will be a team with a lot of heritage versus one with none.

Let's hope the Vikings decide to reprise their Purple People Eater days next year.

I am a philly fan as i've said before but do like pittsburgh i thought they were gonna go all the way last year too....

I also put $20 on them to win the superbowl 2 weeks ago got $7 😉

I'm a very happy Steelers fan. I taped the game this morning & watched it tonight. Looking forward to Superbowl Monday ( Feb 6 ). The last few years , a few mates & myself have ventured down to One World Sport at Darling Harbour for the match. This is definitely the place to watch the game. Great atmosphere & plenty of food & drinks.

Chuck I notice the Steelers are playing in their white away jerseys rather than the yellow and black home ones.

As they were there five years ago and the SeaHawks are like the Sharks and have won nothing I think the Steelers are a big chance!
