Now why, why, why cant you
you use the video ref for forward passes in try scoring situations? It's the stupidest rule that video ref cant rule on forward passes. Touch judges should NOT be making the call on a forward pass to decide a game. Touchies get it wrong so often cos they are ruling from point A to point B and not taking momentum in to their decisions
