At least Kelly had a blinder for Blacktown so he'll come back to first grade with a bit of confidence.

Parker might've been dropped anyway, so at least this way he can chalk his missing first grade up to the injury and focus on having strong recovery and a good whatever is left of the preseason.

Parker is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks

Parker is undergoing the knife. He might be back if the club or ressies make 2-3rd week finals otherwise its season over.

MCL is much better than ACL. At least he can have the summer to rehab and kick off season 2017 as normal. ACL can be career killers, especially if your a centre/wing as that yard of pace you see ACL victims loose is the difference.

Ah yes it was. Sorry. Maybe overstepped the mark (no pun intended) there, but I assumed that 1) You wouldn't care that much and 2) In retirement you are generally too drunk to notice because: 3) You're hanging out with the ladies on the league shows.

I agree! I need to have sinus surgery and the waiting lists are not short for that either...I actually had my nose fractured in a fight at the end of last year, but it was just a little one that healed itself in a few weeks. It was my sister who broke it, and I've been blaming her ever since for not kicking me hard enough to need surgery so they could've fixed the deviated septum at the same time!

From the report, it is not an MCL either. The meniscus tear is a different injury altogether.
