I agree with MFB. People knock the vision for PNG's admission to the NRL but this is exactly how it should be developed in its early stages.

Fumbleballers dont even realise the significance.

Were they the Vipers during their last stint? Hopefully the background issues are now sorted and they are a more sustained presence in the Q-Cup this time around.

The Q Cup is a great compeition.

It's shown up here on ABC (a few games anyway)...I have watched it a few times and been to a few games....it's a quality Comp....better than NYC but not at the standard of NRL.

Lets not forget that it's PNG's national game and they have a whole country / government behind them......I don't see them getting in before say Central QLD or Perth BUT if the NRL continues down the expansion path I reckon they are a shoe in by about 2025
