When was the last time M Wright / Kelly / Suli / Parker / Jorge etc made a line break.

Kelly's done it a few times this season, but can't recall a Manly team with so little strike out wide.

We looked far more dangerous last year when Walker played out wide and Uate was in form.

Our pack is laying the foundation - our spine is mostly good (with Api) - but outside backs the weak link.

Back Five (excluding Tom) where we need to focus recruitment next year.

All these 4 have dynamic speed and skill .
Walker best position centre
Tom Turbo best position fullback
Tom Wright best position centre
Anderson best position wing

It's more to do with FA structure or set plays to utilize them. Our backline moves consist of Turbo sweeping out the back (predictable and read by every other team), which pushes him sideways and crowds the outside backs.

Anthony don believe not re signed at titans. Good under high ball and good finisher. Get him on the cheap.

The last thing the club needs to do is make panic purchases. Our back line is / will be fine. Next year we bring up Anderson & start with:-
Tom T, J Anderson, B Kelly, D Walker, M Suli, T Wright, DCE.......plenty of speed & attacking prowess. That back line behind M Taupau, Api K, AFB, C Sironen, J Thompson, Jake T with a Reserves bench of M Fainu, T Paseka, K Tanginoa, T Sipley & we will be right up there! Maybe get a couple of handy pick ups for the forwards & don't forget we still have J Taufua, Jacob Loko who looks like a beast & plays the same way, John Folau, Tevita Funa in the backs! We need to be smart & astute with our recruitment, not just go out & get whoever! We have plenty of cover for back line injuries with Anderson for Tom T, Taufua can then come in, Suli can play Center if required, Api can play halves as can Fainu etc. Just my opinion........PS would also love to get Donny Singe back as our conditioning coach with Matt Ballin as his assistant.
