From what I have seen if Kelly, the kid has toe.

I want to see him pick up a dropped ball and have a foot race for 90 metres to prove it. But I think he has toe.

That myth was busted in Round 1, 2017. "Kelly has speed" came the pre-season calls. During the game against Doesn't-matta at Brookie, Kelly backed up a break and was given a beautiful pass. He was 10 metres in the clear.....and within 30 metres Semi had run him down like he was Marty Bella.

Kelly is quick off the mark and over about 20-30, but after that he's a lame duck.

IMO Matai was quicker than Kelly is, and Skivvy was never known as a speedster.

DCE was the fastest speed recorded in SOO III. 34.8 by memory.

That was over a short distance when he scored. When Tommy did his intercept, DCE was about 15 metres infield and Tom was slowly but surely getting ahead.
