2023 might be too soon ... but I definitely want to see evidence we are heading in that direction next year.

I was tempted to go 2024 @Woodsie , but I dont think the new coaching team will be aiming for that. I can see them wanting to have a real run at 2023.

I think it’ll prove successful. One open question I have surrounds whether we need a more junior assistant coach. Eg, someone who has retired in the last couple of years who has played under the current rules and can be a good conduit between a young squad and the senior coaches. It would be the perfect role for Foz once he retires.

He does need to step it up a bit so hopefully he can get him to regular 1st grade level. I'm still not convinced his heart is 100% in it but time will tell. I certainly hope he proves me wrong.
