If Des, were to pick the team that the overwhelming majority think is our strongest side, and we still lose to the Sharks, would anyone still be calling for Des's head in the guillotine?

For mine our best line up would be below. 5/8th up for debate.

    1. Stewart
    2. Stephenson/Robertson
    3. Bell/Hicks
    4. Bell/Hicks
    5. Stephenson/Robertson
    6. Monas
    7. Orford
    8. Bryant
    9. Ballin
    10. Kite
    11. Menzies
    12. Watmough
    13. Kennedy

    14. Dunley
    15. Rose
    16. Cuthbertson
    17. Minogue

That team would beat the sharks anyway so there would be no need to call for des' head.

Yes Spuds - because it's about attitude, structure, energy and consistency. The only one of these we have right now is consistency....in losing.

I would have Burns at 5/8, Monas on the bench with Dunley in reserves.

The unfortunate legacy of having players like Hoppa and Hill is young players thinking it is fine to spend the whole game in a battle with the officialdom. BK and Co don't need to do it and just focus on good footy. Burns needs to pull his head in and play for the team.
