...my solid theory on what happened against the Rorters.............they jumped out to a big lead, we were facing our 3rd straight smashing and Cecchin didn't think his input was needed.

Before he knew it, we stormed back and it was too late for him to change the game.

If its a tight game, watch where the 50/50s go............

Checchin and Perenara were the 2 refs in charge of our GF with the Roosters... we know how that turned out.

The proven fact is that the teams have over come heavy penalties against them and have won the game with their tenacity plays and Discipline ways and we can too If we complete our sets make our tackles and don't drop any balls,we can build our own momentum and become masters of our own destiny

All i'm saying is with Cecchin in charge our job just got a helluva lot harder!

If we are consistent with our play then
things will also go our way . IE; 40-20 kicks , passes that sticks and shots for goal we don't miss .

Pretty daming for the NRL it clearly shows he has a clear bias towards us..and they know it.

You know any other club this would be top headlines and the club involved asking for an investigation us, just gets swept up and we hear nothing about it.

Shayne Fake Tan Hayne showed his true colours in the 2013 GF.

Eddie Ward was President of the Manly Haters club during the 90's. What he did to us in the 95 GF was criminal

But for consistency of bias, masquerading as incompetence, Checchin wins hands down.

Manly coach Geoff Toovey has questioned the standard of refereeing in the NRL and is demanding an explanation for decisions made in his side's 22-10 loss to South Sydney on Friday night.

The Sea Eagles suffered a 10-5 penalty count against them at the hands of match referees Shayne Hayne and Henry Perenara.

"I just think today the officials determined the outcome of the game, not the two teams in the middle" Toovey said.

Toovey was particularly angered by the no-try ruling on Steve Matai in the 52nd minute at Gosford when Manly led 10-6.

Referee Henry Perenara ruled Matai had been held up but Toovey clearly didn't see it that way.

The stats don't lie..............the fact is we win 40% of our games with that pr*** Perenara refereeing but that goes to 60% when its NOT that pr*** Perenara

Our -18.7% differential is not even comparable to any sort of standard deviation.
The next worst is -11.6%.
No other referee has a similar stat with any team!


He has wild differentials with a few teams, which simply doesn't stack up statistically.
He clearly has teams he favours and teams he is against

Canterbury +11.30 %
Gold Coast Titans +14.61
Manly -18.70
Souths +20.14
St George Illawarra +21.40
Wests Tigers -11.66

Wonder how much of it has to do with his f***ing NRL playing days?
It's a joke, he simply should not be refereeing NRL!
