ODI's

I was expecting us to blow it, years of doing that is ingrained in me now !! Haha

I go the other way with Taylor now, I think he is one of the more under rated cricketers of all time

Playing half his games in NZ on pitches that more often than not offer something to the bowlers rather than highways, for a NZ batsman 36 international 100s with a test average of 48 and ODI of 46 is world class. Especially probably his last 4 years where he has lifted both averages massively

Also the way he has changed his career, came onto the scene as a big hitter who tried to slog everything over the leg side, and earned some big T20 money from that, but made a decision to change his game to a more technically correct one to enhance his test game, which ended up working so well he got dropped from our T20 side for a year coz he couldn't score quick enough

Williamson will finish our best ever bat, and Taylor will be with Crowe right in there behind him

He is international quality no doubt i just saw him being well into the 50's although as you say he is up to 48 now so getting close.

5th odi NZ v eng

NZ batted first and err it didn't go as well as could have been hoped for.

All out 223
