Missed opportunity, yet again, to be able to have all three grades play at Brookie together

G'day all,I was at shark park last week the first time I have seen the lower grades in action this year and was keen to see some of the players that have been mentioned as potential 1st graders and have to admit I came away pretty disappointed.In the 20's the winger Schaumkell had a pretty good dig while Knight and Stig were ok as well but no one else really stood out.I was hoping to see the centre Taylor who seems to have some raps but he never got the ball in space and as has been mentioned by others previously the style of play means the outside backs never see the ball with room to move.The nsw cup side was so lamentable the kindest thing you could say would be nothing.There just appeared to be no spirit at all which was probably the most disappointing thing.Without trying to lay the blame as the fault of one player I was particularly interested in Chee Kam given the high opinion of him but he was very disappointing and along way from 1st grade standard on that performance.

Gee that is disappointing mike, but thank you for another view on our lower grades.

We can only hope for a far more spirited effort this week, although the Cutters are 4th in NSW Cup.

Could be tough going yet again.

Great come from behind 10-24 to win 32-24

Our defence was hopeless but Gosling x2, Stigg, Hyne, Latham tries.

Our flags are already waving the Mighty Manly home!

Just saw on Foxtel we lost NSW Cup 46-12!

Is that why no updates were offered up here today?

And sorry to be the bearer of such bad news.

2 outta 3 will have to do this week.

Yep you would think Epa would be more than match-fit by now...

Which may suggest he's not quite aiming up enough to get a start in the top 17.

Hope not...Even if his best doesn't come til next year!
