Not sure why, being a premiership-winning coach isn't a prerequisite to winning Origin... and Bellamy won 2 (of 9) games in his 3 years as Origin coach.

Perfect coach for the Broncs.

They are in a "premiership window", as much as I loathe that term, and Madge is only good for a couple of years before he grates on everyone within the club.

After watching Tigertown I never rated Madge. Coaching state and country teams is different from the day to day club coaching. Hate the Broncos so in some way glad he's taken the job. I'm sure there'll be plenty of annoyed Broncos fans, members and old boys. 😆 Reaks of another Seibold signing and hopefully another wooden spoon.

There's a few up there that won't handle the fact that their coach has a bigger ego than them, I see some problems for the Broncs and a few wanting out, could be interesting 🤔
