I'd like Latrell Mitchell to fill the vacant center position. Other options are D. Walker and J. Bird, maybe even J. Roberts.
Pearce most probably will be no.7, though I think N. Cleary should be the next no.7 considering Maloney will be his halves partner at Penriff.
No.9 will go to Peats, though P. Wallace will add a old and calmer head similar to Smith. Api will be mentioned as a possibility.
The Forward pack seems sorted.
One bench spot is available. I would use W. Graham as the the utility and put D. Finucane as the reserve back row.

From what I saw in the World Cup, I'd have to have Moses in there in the 6 jersey

He played outstanding behind a forward pack that wasn't star studded, and obviously gels well with Fittler. Feel his style is what NSW need

Never thought I'd be saying that because I didn't rate him that highly tbh, but I really liked what I saw
