SEA Eagles legend Steve “Beaver” Menzies has a baby boy to follow in his footsteps following the birth of his first son, Harper Mackie Menzies.

Beaver Menzies, Miller, 2, newborn son Harper Mackie and mum Suyin.

Baby Harper weighed in at 2.79kg at 4.24pm at Royal North Shore Private Hospital on Wednesday.
Both mum, Suyin, and bub, are doing fine following a relatively quick labour of five hours. “I’m very, very proud of both mum and son,” Menzies told The Manly Daily.
“It’s always an amazing experience.
“It’s going to be a bit strange having two running around.”
The arrival of Harper follows the birth of the couple’s first child, two-year-old Miller.
“I’m feeling good, I think I’m still running on adrenalin,” Suyin said.
“Miller’s great, sitting on Steve’s lap, spending some time with him before he goes home (back to England).”
Menzies is based in England, playing for the Bradford Bulls, and the 36-year-old Sea Eagles legend is keen for another season of top-flight rugby league.
Mackie is named after Menzies’s grandfather, Mackie Campbell, who played in the Sea Eagles’ inaugural year in 1947.
