NRL on their Refs

Thought i would chuck this on, mate sent an email giving the NRL a spray about their poor refereeing (Tigers fan) and this was the reply

I'm sure Elke has a big hand in the training and ongoing appraisal of the NRL refs.

By the look of this they have a standard template with a [insert name of disgruntled fan] at the beginning.

Nice of Elke to take time out from answering the phones to reply though.

Melbourne get a LOT of help from the refs, even when they smashed Canberra (I didn't watch, but some people weren't very happy with it) and Newcastle (most of which I watched).
