Apologies if already mentioned, but I just saw this and completed the survey.
Good opportunity to provide feedback on what is important to you and in what areas you are happy (unhappy) with the Sea Eagles.

I am a true supporter although I don't always tell the truth, you figure it out 😉
Meanwhile I should win the competition in a canter for saying (in 50 words or less) why I love rugby league. My answer:

"I love the Manly Sea Eagles, for so many years their gallant battles with tough and intimidating foes have kept me enthralled. I love the Samoa and Tonga players linking arms together before their Test match. I love the bravery and athleticism of all players. I love long distance tries."

Although in hindsight 'long distance' should be hyphenated, darn it I could have squeezed in another adjective.

I'm not sure I've ever been more embarrassed to be a Manly supporter!

No wonder everyone at the NRL thinks we are a bunch of w*nkers!

I’m going to a conference at panthers, and as part of the conference package delegates have to join panthers to get access. **** that it is against every grain of my being to join another club. I am going to cause a scene.

That's outrageous, what a con ! It's pathetic they resort to such a tactic to increase their membership

It's probably just the Club Panthers and not an NRL Membership to the Riff.

I am at the point where this is no reason to fill out an NRL survey. Our opinions are simply ignored now and under Greenturd nothing will change. The game is dictated by TV networks and sports betting entities and the fans and members get the rough end of scheduling, TV hosting and we have a salary cap that benefits four or five elite clubs and the rest get the scraps. The inequity in the game has risen sharply under Greenturd and Grants watch!!

As for our club, I have stated several times that we need to have some leadership at our club URGENTLY!! Currently no CEO, a coach not signed beyond next season and no hint of any signings for next season. Dysfunction at our club level, massive turnover of staff and a culture of bullying that has prevailed for too long. Our club needs to be professional and whoever the new CEO is, they must achieve this if we are to move forward. We have a good player roster and some good depth coming through, I feel that 2018 will be one of those years where our younger players will step up but what concerns me is our lack of depth in the back row and three quarters. Time will tell!!

I made some scathing comments in the last survey, listed my name and contact details thinking I might get a call.

Zero, nada , nothing, no response.

Other than on Silvertails my thoughts mean jack **** to the NRL or Manly.

It's like they keep sending them to me so i say what THEY want me to say and ignore my responses until i do.

I think they send them so they can say they engage the fans, meanwhile not giving a **** about what anybody actually says!

This survey is only a radio button 1-10 scale. So you can’t really give specific feedback that might be of use. It also fails on usability as there is not a ‘don’t know/ no opinion’ option; and the multi choice selections have no write in fields, your options are limited by the survey author’s imagination.

Ultimately you end up with no qualitative outcomes. No clear directions as how to improve the member experience.

It’s like someone saying they are going to listen to you by showing you a picture of an ear and then leaving the room.

You're all probably saying something along the lines of...support the local grounds, tradition, heritage, community, atmosphere, cheaper food and drink, family friendly afternoon games, one club players.

Try saying that you think the big stadiums idea is great and you would like to see all the Sydney clubs merged into 3-4 "super" teams within 20 years (one of which you'll gladly support) with them taking part in a "National" competition. Probably pick up some tickets.
