I wonder if coach Ivan Cleary has just about had enough of NRL. He's had a long and storied coaching career and become one of the most successful ever, but has also had some tough times, and also recently revealed he's suffered with depression.
Wouldn't surprise me if he pulled the pin soon, maybe even after this season. Which would put a full stop on what has been probably the best team in history.

Just watching a replay of the Panfers Fins game tonight and good grief… the ref bias to support the Panfers was horrible.
There was one particular decision that was mind-blowing. Ref called out the Fins’ player for “milking” when the Panfer stood over the tackled player with a hand on the mid upper back of the Fins’ runner holding him down well beyond a reasonable time. How the Fanny do you milk when you are prone face down with somebody on your back 🤷♂️. Couldn’t believe the horrendous bias

I agree I've been struggling to get through watching games more than ever the last few years.
I don't know what's going on either the ref's are becoming more incompetent or have been directed in certain games to favor certain teams for whatever reason.
It's so blatant sometimes, I'm sure most of us have watched games and are amazed at how some ref's come to make decisions that have us baffled like missed forward passes whilst scoring tries or incorrect play the ball or whatever.
If I didn't love this game so much, I would've pulled the pin on it like so many of my mates did after the Super League war, that was a test for everyone, Their opinion is it's all rigged now.
Anyway, I'm sticking with the game having grown up following the Sea Eagles and the game they have been a huge part of my life I just hope the officials don't turn our game into the English Premier league if you know what I mean.

But I was totally gobsmacked at how bad the Panthers were. Then Atkins gets the word at half-time that we can’t have a Dolphins win. So he did his best to give Penrith every chance of a leg-up.
It was a total capitulation, the likes I’ve not seen before. ( Well there was this one time in 2008 at the Olympic Stadium …….what was it? 40 you say, to how much I say. Zero . 40-Nil, 40 bloody Nil.
But seriously, Penrith what’s going on? I think I could speak on behalf of all tipsters. Sort it out now. You’re killing the tippingcomp (except for the 6 Silvertails tipsters, who knew what was coming)

The best one was when Edwards took that bomb, went to the ground and Gilbert came through and was penalised because "Edwards had already been tackled" by the Dolphin challenging the bomb. 😂 Just straight up cheating from Atkins

3-4 players taking 50% of the cap and barely a first grader amongst the rest.

Agree. If the riff had been reffed like Manly I don’t believe they would have been as successful as they have been. They have been v favourably treated by the refs for the past few years

The players seem down on confidence and their coach needs to lift them up soon or their season will sink for good

Yeo is the master of crowding the play the ball and the perfectly timed 3rd man flop. He purposely loiters in that middle corridor the whole game, standing just off tackles made by team mates and then joining in at the last moment as the ref calls held. I don’t recall him ever being penalised for a flop, though some are ridiculously obvious. I’ve taken to calling them the Yeo flop. Drives me nuts.
