I thought I should start this early as @Dion Johnson shamed me last week by doing it as I was slack.

slack, I says!

Now for every point under 200 posts in this thread, I'm giving myself one tipping point!

post away! If you dare.

edit: Thanks for posting the list last week, Dion. Of course this means by default you'll be expected to do it if I forget, haha.

The Manly right attacking edge has seen a state of origin player dropped to QLD Cup!!!!

Todd Payten has swung his axe on one of the North Queensland’s biggest stars with backrower Jeremiah Nanai set for a stint in the Queensland Cup with the Northern Pride.

I saw that article feathered friend,
The 900 thousand a season SOO rep player was on the field for 58 minutes before he was hooked. He made a mere three runs and missed 4 tackles .
Pathetic Performance from the Pro player.
If Payten can not lift his players to compete in games . He should be one of the first coaches sacked this season .

After just one round.Whilst he was ordinary, not often an Origin player is dropped after the first game.Is Todd already starting to worry about his job?

The way I see it is that after his team passive effort
Todd would have been very disappointed and he wanted to make a Big Statement
Dropping a Big Name player was that Big statement .
Its was game one but during the grueling off season build up the expectations to start the season on a high note is every teams priority
