In reference to ground/stadium upgrades, clubs should nominate which ground to upgrade, ie the Tigers and Dragons have 2 home grounds. Somehow, the Dragons get upgrades for both a few times before any mention of Brookvale.
The crowds this year at Brookvale have been encouraging and you wonder how many would go if it was a 30,000 stadium

So now the no fuking idea rugby league are trying to change the rules so Penrith can keep their team together. So where was this bullsht when we were dominant. Yeah fuking no where and never would be. Fuk the NRL.

They seem in a good position already. See its him playing favourites once and like you said, whatever happened to making Brookie better as well

Maybe they are starting from the bottom and working their way up, being, Sharks only have 12k when full. Thats the only rationale i can think of for the NRL to move on fixing up Shark Park first.

Does that mean no clubhouse?

I believe the Leagues club is renting the property back at the moment, however the Chinese owners could at anytime boot them out and redevelop the site.
