It's a shame because they'll play finals off the back of that win...if they lost, the rot would set in and they'd struggle to finish off the year. Now they've got that win, they have an easy draw and should jag another 3 wins to feature in the finals for the first time since 2009. They are a bogey team of ours as well and I really don't want to have to play them in September.

I agree I don't want to play them come September footy but I think we will play them.

They have been gifted a very easy draw , they are the NRL chosen one's this year, you watch them get all the calls now for the rest of the year

Yep couldn't agree more, Parra are the NRL's attempt to win over western sydney from the GWS and Wanderers. They rort the cap for 4 years and get rewarded with a draw where they don't play the two grand final teams twice. NRL have been trying to get Parra over the line and build support in the west since 2015, Parra stuffed up by getting too risky with the cheating. They have had everything go their way since 2015 right down to the piss weak penalty for cap rorting. It is no co-incidnece that GWS are on top and Parra is getting a leg up from the NRL.

If doesn't-matta do win it all, based on what we saw tonight they'll arguably be the most unworthy premiers since the Dogs in 1995.

Every other premiers since then, including Melbourne's salary cap cheats, would make them look like its the Kangaroos playing Russia.

What a horrible finish to a game. That penalty was bull****.
I hate golden point. It turns games into lotteries, and it always a toss of a coin or stupid penalty that decides a game that should have been a draw.
Imagine if a grand final was decided by this rubbish. Shudder to think.
Hate the NRL, they clearly have an agenda to help Parramatta.

It's almost like.... the winner didn't deserve 2 competition points.

I said last week that the dogs were truly terrible....yet they took parra to golden point!

Parra *sigh* I also said they seem to be getting a dream run for such a crap team. They're lucky there are really bad teams this year (knights, tigers, dogs) and they've played the best teams at their weakest. It's so unfair.

If they get any distance into the finals it'll be a sure sign of the apocalypse!
