No Sam/Teo= No Souths

Next year with the number of interchanges reduced, their big forwards will start getting tired much earlier in the game and the more mobile, quicker forwards like Jake and Starling will put them on show. Really excited to see how the game pans out next year! Hoping to see Mateo shine a lot more with the bigger guys not being able to tackle him in numbers due to fatigue.
Next year drops by two interchanges. May not be as big a change as expected as many coaches don't use all their interchanges now. But the year after if they drop it another 2 - that will be huge.

Thankfully, the NRL is looking to get it down to 6. I still think 8 interchanges instead of 10 will make a big difference. Particularly in a tough game or when injuries occur, some teams get left with no interchanges for the last 10-15 minutes. The big guys will get worn out and the quicker forwards will outrun them when they defend. We see that in origin sometimes where the large forwards tire out during a high intensity game.

The old power game that won the premiership in 2014 is definately gone....
Shows the impact of big Sam & the under rated Ben Teo.
Rolled them up the middle all night & the Burgess bros still there have dropped in aggression & even appear smaller & softer than in 2014.....maybe its attitude or lack of it, without the other 2 leading them??
Good as Inglis is, against the better teams without quality go foward - will struggle to make an impact...perfect.
Hey Maxta, you better watch that Noddy bloke, there's a write up today on Fox News copying your work.
Spot of plagiarism.
Noddy should buy you a beer next time you see him. 🙂
