Alot of our players just arent good enough..they could be nice blokes or good trainers but when it comes down to game day we need skilled fit performer's..des is breaking saab walker suli parker and croker and most worrying schuster..playing them out of position or in some cases playing them in 1st grade when they should be at blacktown..you can see the stress on saabs face cause he has been thrown in the deep end when he should be gaining confidence and mastering his art at blacktown..and to top it off our roster is unbalanced which creates the above problems..add to that an outdated coach and performance staff..injuries..no confidence what so ever..and lets not forget accountability and your left with inconsistency and disaster

winning or losing that is a very poor look for Manly. If Jake speaks, you all damn listen.

A pic isn't video, but the commentators said it happened in the change rooms, etc.

I know they all like having a Manly bash, but it seems like it's very disrespectful towards Jake and they should be given (one of many) rockets just for that.

There is a total lack of leadership at the moment. The team does not respond to setbacks, concedes tries from turn overs too many times.

You see it in their energy levels and body language, last night Penrith were bursting with energy and enthusiasm, supporting each other and when a try was scored really coming together as a team.

We need our players to take OWNERSHIP of their performances and we need a coach that STOPS rewarding mediocrity!!!

Jake was trying to rally the troops on the field and DCE is not even looking/listening whilst drinking. Reports of DCE wanting an extension beyond his current deal cannot be entertained. More to the point give him 6 games to show why otherwise just tell him he is free to look at his options. His demeanour in this string of 4 losses is not one of a Champion player let alone our Captain.

To me it seems like a lack of self belief from all those players after all those continues thrashing they have coped.

Confidence plays a big role in winning and if you do not win for a long time your confidence and self belief if gone

So , If you do not believe in your self that you can win it is hard to believe some else that tells you that you can.

Sadly Our team has lost its belief , confidence , resilience and winning spirit

Picking the same under performing players creates a self entitlement and complacency which spreads like covid 19 to the rest of the team

Self entitlement and complacency are 2 of the biggest killers of team Resilience
