No need for panic

I thought it was a pretty decent win tonight. While the Sharks weren't full of big names, they were full of character and enthusiasm and were not the rollover most expected. If the flu issue is right i regard that as a pretty handy win, hoodoos are not easy to break

The defence was ok for the most part, just a few lapses here and there. Was a mixed night for many of the players, mainly Hicks, Matai, Monaghan and Menzies

Star player was obviously Brett Stewart, ably backed up by Kite, Glenn Stewart and Williamson. Robertson tried hard too. We were 1 pass away from putting on another 3 top class tries.

Was good to see a composed final 10 mins, and that droppie was a ripper. I still see good signs moving forward from that game

I have just watched my 1st ever win by Manly at Shark Park, the hoodoo is buried

I must admit i was spewing during most of the game, but it was always in the back of my head how screwwed the team looked, they must have all had the flu/injury.

Beaver MOM for mine, when someone was needed he was there.
