We got embarrassed, rattled, and bullied tonight. We literally chucked a Penrith 2020 GF and shat the bed. But it's up to the boys to let this sting and let it motivate us instead of take us down. We have the slight advantage that we did this in a QF instead of a GF so we still have a chance to bounce back within a week. One thing we know about this current Manly side, we got character and courage, not many teams in history can go from an 0-4 start to a top 4 finish. We are different. This embarrassment of a qualifying final loss is merely another test of our character and attitude. It's up to our boys if they can turn it around again for the second time this year.

Pretty much everything needs to go right to beat the Storm and it didn’t.
Everyone knows that.
We’ve won 15 of last 20 games with a our longest winning streak being four games.
Only the top three have gone an extended run of wins.

Realistically the difference between us being 4th or 6th was down to the last round and ended up being 10pts behind first.

At least we get another shot, as much as Chooks or Parra aren’t expected to lose they’re only one poor game away from being out.

I don't know about that @Mark from Brisbane. Imagine if we put in a massive effort , bashed each other senseless, fatigued to the point of collapse and still lose but by 2 points. Then I'd say we were shot ducks. Now they have anger in them after that sht performance, everybody writing them off , Des blowing fuses left right and center. Now they have more incentive than ever to right that horrendous performance.
