I agree with this.

Plenty of people talk as though a player's ability is static and the only way to improve a team is to sign a better player, but really it is a balance of several things. Warriors signed some good players for 2023 but as a team they also improved dramatically, experienced players like DWZ Johnson and SNK had career best seasons.

I live in hope Manly can have a similar transformation. The ability is there, it's a matter of putting it all together.
