The players never are mate, its mainly a business to them, albeit some are more devoted to the particular business they are working for than others.

Its only fans that carry on like we do.

the point of this thread being many id we are no chance of making the finals - some for months now, if the players adopted the same attitude and just gave up months ago then we would get our first wooden spoon.

It was true last year as well, except we will be on less points this year

We need to win atleast 7 out of our next 8 games to make the finals. It isn't impossible, but we really need to dig deep!

RD 21 - Knights (Brookvale Oval)
RD 22 - Eels (Pirtek Stadium)
RD 23 - Bulldogs (ANZ Stadium)
RD 24 - Storm (Brookvale Oval)
RD 25 - Raiders (Brookvale Oval)
RD 26 - Panthers (Pepper Stadium)

Of the remaining games, here is what I think our win probability is:

RD 19 - Warriors (Nib Stadium) - 75%
RD 20 - Rabbitohs (Allianz Stadium) - 75%
RD 21 - Knights (Brookvale Oval) - 80%
RD 22 - Eels (Pirtek Stadium) - 50%
RD 23 - Bulldogs (ANZ Stadium) - 25%
RD 24 - Storm (Brookvale Oval) - 10%
RD 25 - Raiders (Brookvale Oval) - 30%
RD 26 - Panthers (Pepper Stadium) - 50%

If you argue that we will win the games we a "meant to win" and lose the games we are "meant to lose" I'd suggest we will win 3-5 more games this year. I really can't see us only losing 1 more game. Rounds 23-25 may be a very dry period.

But, I'm always to optimist! We will win the next eight on the trot haha!
