The Manly-Warringah Rugby League Club Limited has agreed terms with Penn Sport for the sale of the Club’s premises at 563 Pittwater Road, Brookvale for $7.5 million.

good news. I wonder if the clubs management is up to scratch?

Well I know the chairman has done a lot of work turning the club around, there has been a bit work on the layout mainly up at "the lyons den' and a few more prmotions.

If they can get the food right and ensure the club is well and truly easily ID as a football/sports club and Manly stay at Brookie and keep winning then the club has a good chance at survival
